When you use our form we collect your first and last name, and optionally your email address, mobile number, ZIP code, the research categories you choose, and any note about your availability or interests. If you opt in to SMS we record the phone number, selected SMS category, consent timestamp, source page, consent disclosure version, user agent, and IP address where available. We do not ask for health conditions, diagnoses, or other detailed health information, and we ask you not to provide it.

How information is used

We use information to organize your interest board, respond to your requests, and send the SMS categories you selected.

SMS communications

SMS is optional. Categories are research category opportunity updates and status messages for your own requests. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in information

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes. This includes research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, and third-party marketers.

If a courtesy introduction to a specific independent trial program is ever offered, sharing your contact information for that introduction requires your separate, explicit consent and is separate from SMS opt-in.
